Green Screen Production for Virtual Events
When you need something more than a basic stream, green screen production gives your presenters a polished, professional backdrop without leaving the studio. We replace the background with any image or video you choose.
This works well for product launches, virtual conferences, and events where the visual presentation matters as much as the content.
End-to-End Production Management

What is a hybrid event?
A hybrid event has both an in-person audience and online viewers watching a live stream at the same time. Astral Studios can manage both sides of the production so the experience works well for everyone.
What platforms can you stream to?
We can stream to YouTube, Vimeo, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and most other major platforms. If you have a specific platform in mind, let us know upfront.
Do you handle the full technical setup on the day?
Yes. We manage cameras, live switching, audio, and streaming. You don’t need to source any additional technical crew.
Can you record the event for later use?
Yes. We record all productions as a matter of course. You’ll receive a clean recording after the event that you can use for internal distribution, social media, or archiving.
Do you produce highlight videos after the event?

Do you work outside Johannesburg?
Yes. While we’re based in Johannesburg, we’ve worked on events across South Africa. Travel and logistics can be factored into the project quote.
How far in advance should we book?
As early as possible for large events. For a major awards ceremony or government seminar, at least four to six weeks lead time is ideal. Some productions need more. Get in touch early and we’ll let you know what’s realistic.
